ERADICATING POVERTY
As our next venture we went to an L.P school at “Vanur”. We beleive that poverty is not an accident.
Like slavery and apartheid it is man-made and can be removed by the actions of human beings.
children over there was poverty striken,their backgrounds were pathetic…
It was our pleasure to provide some daily use items to those little angels.
Their faces were still innocent,but it reflected the fabric of current india!!

We were enthusiastical to follow the paths lead by Mahatma Gandhiji.
Providing the helpless and needy elders with the necessary resources.
Eligible elders above 60 years without any income were chosen as the
receptors for the small gift.
We were happy to take care of atleast 1500 humans with necessiities to
last upto a month.
A kit consisting of rice(5kg),A dhoti,2 coconuts were given to them .
Each kit was worth 400 rs and the cost was succesfully accumulated
by the grace of thousands of students
HOPE was happy to be the medium of love between people of 2 age
groups.
